The Plumas County Veterans Collaboration (TPCVC) partnered with the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks: Quincy Lodge #1884, located in Quincy, California, and the Plumas Crisis Intervention & Resource Center (PCIRC) which are both a non-profit. ​

We support those who have served in our Armed Forces. We are on our 5th year hosting our local Veteran Stand Down. We operate our Stand Downs with the help of donations, grants through the Elks, and our volunteers. ​

This year’s Stand Down we will be requesting the following donations: ​
